Abstract Submission Guidelines
- 01.Abstracts should be submitted online or by e-mail (wcbm@pngba.org).
- 02.All abstracts must be written in English (Microsoft Word file).
- 03.Abstracts should be no more than 500 words.
- 04.Abstracts must include full name(s), affiliation(s), email(s), title(s), and keywords.
- 05.Abstracts must include the purpose, methods, and conclusions of the paper.
- 06.If selected, authors will be asked to submit the full paper by June 15, 2021.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- 01.Full Papers must be written based on the submitted abstract.
- 02.Full Papers must be written in English (Microsoft Word file) following WCBM paper format.
- 03.Full papers must include full name(s), affiliation(s), email(s), title(s), and keywords.
- 04.Full papers must be up to 20 pages including references, written in font size 10, Times New Roman, single-spaced including abstract, tables, citations, and all the relevant information for inclusion in the WCBM conference proceedings. It should be noted that ONLY abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings for the full papers exceeding this page limit.
* Please note that authors who submit only abstracts will be excluded from the Award Nomination. - 05.Citations, pictures, tables, graphs, charts, etc. that are used must have all the references listed.
- 06.It is the author’s responsibility to submit a well-designed abstract and full paper. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact in the text will be reproduced as typed by the author.
- 07.Only abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings for the papers submitted after June 15, 2021.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- 01.The presentation video file must be submitted online (wcbm@pngba.org) by June 20, 2021.
- 02.The length of the video presentation for the paper should be no longer than 15 minutes.
- 03.The presenter(s) in the video must be appeared making a presentation, and the PPT file that is covered with a voice-only is not acceptable.
- 04.The dress code for presenter(s) is free, try to dress in formal attire.
- 05.All final full papers submitted before June 15, 2021, will be published in the WCBM Conference Proceeding File.
- 06.Participants and presenters who take part in the WCBM Conference will receive a soft copy of the Certificate of Attendance or the Presentation Certificate, which will be sent via email after the conference.
Virtual Presentation Process
To present your research at the conference as a Virtual Presenter, you need to register and submit your abstract and full paper before the deadline. To submit the abstract and full paper, go to the WCBM’s submission system here: http://wcbm.pngba.org/Conference/Submission.asp- 01.Submit your final full paper through the online submission system, then create your presentation video and sent it to (wcbm@pngba.org).
- 02.Complete registration on the conference website. Upon payment of the registration fee, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed.
- 03.All submitted papers and videos will be reviewed by experienced reviewers and scholars in the respective disciplines and fields.
- 04.Participate online by watching the dedicated live stream by joining special online conference sessions according to the schedule.
- 05.Refer to the program book and session schedule to find the time for various time zones to attend your online session.
- 06.Presenters must attend and present during their designated session according to the schedule and different time zones.
- 07.You will be sent a soft copy of your Certificate of Attendance or the Presentation Certificate via email after the online conference.
Registration
Regular Registrants (Non-Member and P&GBA Member)
The registration fee for regular registrants includes entry to all programs of Plenary Session, Academic Conference, Global Great Debate, Junior Academic Competition.
The regular registration fee Includes:
1) All programs
2) A soft copy of the Conference Proceedings
3) A soft copy of the Conference Program Book
4) A soft copy of Attendance or Presentation Certificate to be sent via email
- Note 1: P&GBA members (annual member & lifetime member) are entitled to register at member discount rates. Please join as a member of P&GBA. (www.pngba.org)
- Note 2: To be able to register as a college or a graduate student, you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college for the time of the registration online.

Group Discount
P&GBA offers group discounts to institutions that register 10 or more employees or scholars for the conference. To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and the same campus. Group discounts are available only by email and not available to those registering online or onsite. If you are interested, please send an email to P&GBA, wcbm@pngba.org.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 1, 2021 are entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds after June 1, 2021.
Policy on liability and responsibility
The organizer and the host of the Word Conference on Business & Management (WCBM) - People and Global Business Association (P&GBA) is not responsible or liable for cancelations caused by natural disasters, accidents, various health problems arising from environmental and other factors during your participation at the conference.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid before uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
For authors who want to submit several papers, the maximum full paper or abstract is three.
